Beyond standard project work, we offer reduced rates with equity participation and an incubator model for early stages where we co-invest. Which model fits is best discussed in person. We're generally open to unconventional arrangements.

We use proven open-source technologies that scale as your company grows. Early on, we keep the architecture deliberately lean — just enough structure to move fast without building up technical debt. You own the code, completely, from the first commit.

Many of our startup partnerships start with a focused MVP. From there, we evolve the product together — iteratively, based on real user feedback. Progress is visible at any time in the staging environment, and decisions are made together.
